Odette Azar Shomar -  Public Relation & Coordinator

Odette is from Nazareth was Head of the Investments and Saving Schemes Department of Barclays Bank in Nazareth Main Branch in 1970-1989.
In 1989 to 2001 was the owner of a chain of Gift Shop Stores "Cadeaux" in Nazareth & Shafamre.
Odette offered her support and experience in banking for the Sisters of the Annunciation, St. Joseph Sisters School and the Salvatorian Sisters School.

In 1988 Odette represented Arab Women in Industrial Governmental Office in Tel-Aviv. In 1989 she was on the Board of Directors of “Mati”- Entrepreneurs Development Center in Nazareth.
In 1994 worked hand in hand with Katy Jarjoura and other volunteers who found Ud Al-Nad Association for music education and art.

In 2001 Odette started working in the Holy Family Hospital as Public Relation Officer, a new position ever in any of the local hospitals in Nazareth.  In 2002 together with Miss Katy Jarjoura and others established the Friends of the Holy Family Hospital Association to support the hospital in its health & medical projects.
