The Association of the Friends of the Hospital has been working side by side with the hospital for only few years and one of our important services is to start this website relating the history of this hospital from the first day when in 1882 they started as a small hospital with one room, six beds and one person who was the Administrative, Financial and Medical Director.
Our Dream for building this website have been realized when we, the Friends of the Hospital and the Public Relation Officer in the Hospital Mrs. Odette Shomar joined hands and the Website will appear formally on the internet by the beginning of the year 2012.
The double aim of the website is to let people around and abroad learn more about the hospital and the second equally important is to use it for our fund raising to continue adding new sections and starting new departments that the 250000 people in Nazareth and the villages around, Arabs and Jews will benefit from having all medical services at hand.
We are looking forward to a time when this hospital will become one of the most technically developed medical institutions in the country. This could well be done through the help and the encouragement and support of the people of Nazareth and the people around the world who care.
