Ibrahim Khoury is from Ebilleen village graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1968 with MSC in Pharmacy. He was a member of the Arab Students Committee of the Hebrew University and as such was active serving as President of the Committee from 1965 to 1968. He had his own pharmacy in Tamra village from 1972 till 1988. Ibrahim worked as Inspector for the National Health Services Fund from 1988 till 2009.
As for his involvement in the society of Nazareth Ibrahim he was a member in Anis Kardosh Fund for the disadvantaged students. He volunteered his services in the association for the Support of Prisoners. He was also a member in the Union of Academics. He served at Alsawt Publisher that produced 16 books in the Seventies. Ibrahim was a member & later on the Board for the Arab Association for Human Rights.
Ibrahim was the Chairman of the Friends of the Holy Family Hospital from 2002 till 2009.
